Here at FINSYNC, we want to help you succeed. We have some simple general rules to help you avoid additional fees and costs.
1. Please make sure that you have enough funds in your account to process your transactions. There is a $100 fee for a payroll NSF, $35 fee for a bill payment NSF and a $10 invoice payment NSF. The fees do vary substantially because the risk associated varies substantially in each situation.
2. Please check your banking information. If we process a transaction based on incorrect banking info, the charges will be the same as the NSF fees.
3. Ensure your payroll information is correct when you process payroll. If you notice a mistake, please let us know immediately. If it can’t be corrected on a subsequent payroll and we need to suspend a direct deposit, there will be a $25 fee. If a payroll deposit is returned to us due to incorrect banking information, there will be a $15 charge.
4. Please verify the accuracy of your tax info. If we have to file amended returns for incorrect employee’s SSN, incorrect previous YTD info, etc., there will be a professional services charge of $125 an hour for amending tax filings.
