How to Edit Customer Profiles (Mobile)

In the Mobile platform of FINSYNC you have the ability to make changes to Customer records.

To begin making edits to any Customer Profile, follow the steps outlined below: 

1. Click on the collapsible menu in the top left corner of your screen. 

2. Select Customers.

3. Locate the Customer you are needing to make edits to. You can scroll to locate them or utilize the search bar. 

4. Once located, click on the row of the Customer to open their profile.

5. Click in any of the informational fields to make edits. 

6. Click on the green Save button.
