Impact Center Updates - July 2025
New Features
Banking & Finance
Customers View- Customers + Connections: Connections no longer appear as a separate menu item. The Customers view now supports direct connection management, allowing bankers to track customer relationships, monitor FINSYNC enrollment, and take next-step actions from a single interface
- Ability to View all Customers: By default, the Customer view is filtered to those submitted bny the banker loged into the Impact Center. A new feature allows the banker to clear the filters and see all Customers submitted by any banker.
- Resend Invites: Bankers can now resend invites to FINSYNC directly from the Customers view.
- Banker Activity Notes: Bankers can keep track of customer interactions with the new notes feature.
- Log interactions: Quickly create notes for calls, emails, and text messages with customers. Each activity type has its own icon and color for quick identification.
- View interaction history: See all past communications with a customer in chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
Admin & User Management
- My User Profile: Users can now view and edit their profile details, including profile picture, name, and password.
- User Management: Enabling an Organization Admin: When admin roles are updated, changes now take effect on the next login without requiring users to clear their browser cache.
- Organization Profiles: Users will be able to upload and manage their organization’s profile and logo images.

- Banker Activity Notes: Issue resolve with errors received when posting a new activity note.
- Messaging: issue resolved with messaging that did not function for Bankers and Customers
Week of 7/28
- Funding Matches: Entrpreneurs can be matched to lenders after completing the Funding Navigator Profile and subscribing to Accounting + Funding Navigator.
