      Taking (Receiving Payment) Mobile

      FINSYNC's Mobile platform allows you to easily receive payment from a customer in real time using connected merchant processors.

      Note: To take a payment while in the Mobile platform, you must have an Merchant Processor account connected to your FINSYNC profile. 

      To begin Taking Payments in the FINSYNC mobile platform, follow the steps outlined below: 

      1. Click on the collapsible menu in the top left corner of your screen. 

      2. Select Inbox.

      3. Click on the green + Icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and select Take a Payment. 

      4. Fill out all Information Fields.
